Something we Hutchies are very proud and excited about are our innovative touch controls, we spent countless months iterating many ideas before settling on the “push” control scheme. They user tested well, one tester commented “thats obvious”, it wasn’t 6 months ago! Looking forward to the real test when the game launches.
And it works brilliantly on a phone.
Having worked with Unity for a couple of months we are finding it a joy to use. From an artists perspective there are some great ‘big ticket’ features like built-in Beast lightmapping which is really useful, especially at an early prototyping phase.
